Charles Lindwall - Regional President, Eastern United States

Charles LindwallAs regional president for the eastern United States, Chuck Lindwall is responsible for all acquisitions, dispositions and asset management activities in the Northeast, mid atlantic, southeast, and Ohio. Mr. Lindwall is also chairman of the Investment Committee that meets regularly to review and approve all new investments for KBS Realty Advisors.

Mr. Lindwall began his real estate career in 1971, joining a national developer of multi-family housing based in Los Angeles, and followed with a tour as an investment broker. In 1976, Chuck joined the corporate real estate department of one of the largest national banks and was ultimately assigned responsibility for all real estate transactions on a global basis. Leaving the corporate real estate world in 1981, he served as a development manager for several high-rise office buildings in the Los Angeles area and then joined an affiliate of KBS Realty Advisors in 1989 to run the property management operations in Los Angeles and then in New England.

Prior to the formation of KBS Capital Advisors, Mr. Lindwall opened the Boston office of KBS Realty Advisors in 1994, and originated more than $2.5 billion in acquisitions and completed dispositions totaling more than $1.2 billion.

Mr. Lindwall graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles.



Rodney Richerson - Regional President, Central United States

Rodney RichersonAs regional president of KBS Realty Advisors and its affiliate, KBS Capital Advisors, Rodney Richerson oversees all acquisition, asset management and disposition activities within the central United States. This portfolio consists of 51 assets containing approximately 11.1 million square feet. Mr. Richerson is also a member of the Investment Committee, which evaluates and authorizes all new investment opportunities for the company.

In addition, as director of asset management, Mr. Richerson oversees nine asset managers in Newport Beach, California, Boston and New York and contributes to the development of leasing operational strategies and objectives company-wide. He has served in this role since 2005.

Mr. Richerson joined KBS in February 1994 as an asset manager; he has managed office, industrial, single and multi-family residential equity and debt assets.

Prior to KBS, Mr. Richerson was director of finance in the Mexico City office of Koll/Cushman Realty Mexico. In this capacity, he was responsible for all of the accounting and finances of KCRM as well as overseeing the company’s Financial Analysis Group. In addition, he provided these services for major corporate relocations and expansions involving the comparative assessment of current leasehold interest, lease/equity transactions, feasibility studies, development assignments, and joint ventures. Prior to KCRM, Mr. Richerson was with Koll’s Southern California Development Group.

Mr. Richerson graduated from California State University at Fullerton with a bachelor’s degree in real estate finance.



William Milligan - Regional President, Western United States

William MilliganAs regional president of KBS Realty Advisors, Mr. Milligan currently oversees all company operations within the western United States, which includes acquisition, asset management and disposition functions. In addition, he is a member of the Investment Committee, which evaluates and authorizes all new investment opportunities for the Company. He also serves as a Trustee of the KBS 401(K) Employee Retirement plan.

Mr. Milligan joined KBS in 1996 as national director of dispositions where he was responsible for the sale of more than $1.4 billion of assets throughout the country. In early 2000, he was promoted to executive vice president where he played an integral part in the execution of the strategies for the Company. The following year, Mr. Milligan was promoted to the role of director of asset/portfolio management for the Company on a national basis, overseeing KBS portfolio operations. Under his direction, the Company, on behalf of clients, acquired and sold over $10 billion dollars of real estate. Mr. Milligan was also actively involved in the formation and the execution of the strategy of each fund.

Mr. Milligan previously worked as a broker for CB/Richard Ellis for 16 years. He also spent 4 years in sales with the Xerox Corporation.

Mr. Milligan graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the School of Business Administration. For the past 18 years, Mr. Milligan has served on the Board of Directors of the Second Harvest Food Bank, a non-profit endeavor serving the less fortunate in Orange County. He is also a member of the USC Trojan Board of Directors and serves on the board of The Metropolitan Stevedore Company, a privately held company in Los Angeles.
