Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales Reporting
    • Monthly to firms via email
    • Quarterly reports bound and mailed
  • New product Mailing
  • Meeting coverage as necessary
  • Marketing liaison
    • CDs sent
    • presentations approved
    • Liaison with all firms to get marketing pieces approved
  • Tier Two firm management
  • Up load rep lists to stars
  • Approval of DD Meetings and names
  • On site Due Diligence Support
  • Meeting coverage as necessary
  • Tier Two firms east of the Mississippi and Texas
  • Coordinate conference calls
    • Reserve lines
    • Coordinate creation and distribution of flyers to desk, field, reps, GKs
  • Liaison with sales desk
  • Communication point person with maintenance firms
  • Research and handling if service only agreements

Experience / Training / Education:

Required:

  • BA/BS
  • Series 7 License
  • 3 Years of REIT experience
