KBS Realty Advisors has a managed process to examine all elements of a potential investment. Only those real estate assets that meet the firm’s investment criteria are accepted for inclusion in a portfolio. The KBS team provides underwriting and due diligence at acquisition, regular valuations and reevaluations of the investment strategy during the asset management phase, and a final exit strategy at disposition.

KBS has developed a rigorous system of checks and balances, which is reviewed continually by the firm’s senior management. This process ensures that situations are detected and resolved before they develop into significant issues. A critical part of this process is ongoing communications with investors throughout the investment fund cycle.
