Barrios Takes 16,000 SF at Armand Plaza
Clear Lake, TX -- January
17, 2005: On November 29, 2005, aerospace engineering firm, Barrios Technology,
signed a 16,000 sq. ft. new lease at Armand Plaza in Clear Lake, Texas. The
64,000 sq. ft. Office/R&D property is owned and operated by investment advisory
firm, KBS Realty Advisors (www.kbsrealty.com); the property is now 86% leased.
Barrios Technology (www.barrios.com) is a woman-owned, ISO 9001:2000 certified
technology company with expertise in aerospace engineering, space operations,
information technology, and training solutions. The company provides services
to NASA, Department of Defense agencies, and the aerospace industry.
Barrios was founded with 15 employees in 1980 to provide engineering services
to the NASA Space Shuttle Program. Since that time, Barrios has expanded its
business base, keeping a primary focus on the U.S. Space Program, civil and
