Diablo Plaza in Walnut Creek, CA. The two-building, Class A office property totals 313,422 sq. ft. and is located in the East Bay / Walnut Creek office market. The property is owned by investment advisory firm, KBS Realty Advisors (www.kbsrealty.com).
