University of Chicago Extends Lease at Darien Plaza

Darien, IL -- February 3, 2004: The University of Chicago (uchicago.edu) has extended their 18,000 sq. ft. lease for 79 months at 8201 Cass Avenue, one of four buildings at Darien Business Park in Darien, IL. The lease extension was executed on January 21, 2004. The University has utilized the Cass Avenue building for the past 15 years as their finance administrative office for the hospital. The 175,969 sq. ft. business park is owned and operated by investment advisory firm, KBS Realty Advisors (www.kbsrealty.com).
