KBS Sells Forum Place One

Houston, TX, March 3, 2003: KBS Realty Advisors recently announced the sale of Forum Place One, a 77,407 sq. ft. office building; 2.33 acres of unimproved land; and a 2.92 acre parking lot. The office building and the unimproved land were sold on December 19, 2002, and the remaining parking lot was sold on March 3, 2003.
