KBS Sells Greenbriar Business Center

Chesapeake, VA, March 6, 2003: KBS Realty Advisors recently announced the sale of Greenbriar Business Center, a 48,756 sq. ft. office/industrial building located in Chesapeake, VA. The property sold on Thursday, March 6, 2003. KBS was designated as advisor on this property by a separate account investor in May 1996.
