KBS Sells Hyatt Deerfield

Deerfield, IL, March 14, 2003: KBS Realty Advisors recently announced the sale of Hyatt Deerfield Office Campus, a 322,257 sq. ft. office building located in Deerfield, IL. The property sold to Walgreen Co. on Friday, March 14, 2003. KBS purchased the property in October 1997 on behalf of a separate account investor.
