Starbucks, SKF Add 17,445 SF at Mt. Diablo Plaza
Walnut Creek,
CA -- March 17, 2004: Two leases were signed recently which will add 17,445
sq. ft. of space at Mt. Diablo Plaza in Walnut Creek, CA. The two-building,
Class A office property totals 313,422 sq. ft. and is located in the East Bay
/ Walnut Creek office market. The property is owned by investment advisory firm,
KBS Realty Advisors (www.kbsrealty.com).
Erin Engineering and Research, operating as a subsidiary of SKF USA, signed
a 10,445 sq. ft. lease on March 15. SKF (www.skf.com) is the leading global
supplier of products, customer solutions and services in the rolling bearing,
seals business and related businesses. The company's shares are traded on the
Stockholm Exchange. In addition to the SKF lease, the marketing branch of Starbuck's
Coffee (NASDAQ : SBUX) recently signed a new lease for 7,000 sq. ft. of space
for a regional office location.

tenants."
