Thomas Nelson Community College Renews and Expands to Take 31,702 SF at Hampton
III
Hampton, VA -- March
22, 2005: On January, 17, Thomas Nelson Community College renewed 21,070
sq. ft. of space and expanded by an additional 10,632 square feet at Hampton
III, a 44,153 office/industrial building in Hampton, VA. The 72% occupied property
is owned and operated by KBS Realty Advisors (www.kbsrealty.com).
Founded in 1967, Thomas Nelson Community College (www.tncc.vccs.edu) is a two-year
institution of higher education established as a part of Virginia's statewide
system of community colleges and serving the counties of James City and York.
The college is financed primarily by state funds, supplemented by contributions
from the participating localities and the federal government.
