Lori Lewis Named Executive Vice President at KBS Realty Advisors

Newport Beach, Calif. (April 18, 2007)  KBS Realty Advisors, one of the nation’s leading commercial real estate investment advisors, has named Lori Lewis Executive Vice President, Director of Portfolio Operations based in the firm’s Newport Beach office. Lewis heads a team of professionals responsible for the underwriting, transaction management and closing of all KBS acquisitions. She is also directly responsible for arranging financing and managing portfolio operations for KBS Realty Advisors’ funds.

Prior to her role as EVP, Lewis was Senior Vice President. She has a total of 21 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining KBS, she was engaged in the valuation of commercial real estate through her affiliation with several Orange County-based consulting and appraisal firms. Lewis graduated from Biola University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
