Trinity Hospice Signs 12,707 SF New Lease at Pacific Center II

Dallas, TX -- May 19, 2005: KBS Realty Advisors (www.kbsrealty.com) announced recently it had signed a 12,707 sq. ft. new lease with Trinity Hospice at Pacific Center, a 224,468 sq. ft. office complex located at the intersection of Spring Valley and the North Dallas Tollway in Dallas, TX. The lease was signed on April 15 for a term of five years. Pacific Center will serve as the health care organization's national headquarters location.
