27,999 Square Foot Lease Agreed to at KBS Realty Advisors-Owned Penton Media Building

Cleveland, OH, June 9, 2003: A 27,999 square foot lease with Bank One N.A. was formalized on June 9, 2003 at the Penton Media Building, a 20-story, 557,432 sq. ft. office tower owned by KBS Realty Advisors. Bank One will use the facility as a regional office and will occupy 22,179 sq. ft. on the 13th floor as well as a 5,815 sq. ft. retail bank operation in the lobby. The lease brings the building occupancy to 90%. KBS Realty Advisors was represented by Terry Kennon, Senior Vice President of KBS Realty, along with, Bryan Kagel of CB Richard Ellis. Bank One was represented by Doug Leary with CB Richard Ellis.
