Computer Firm Moves Greenpoint HQ
Houston, TX, June 23, 2003: A regional computer products and services firm
has shifted the corporate headquarters to 3,728 sf at Greenbriar Place at 650
N. Sam Houston Parkway East.
Tuttle, Sullivan & Co. signed a long-term lease for the new office in a
relocation from 525 North Belt, also in the Greenspoint submarket. Kelly Hanks
with Houstons Moody Rambin interests represented Tuttle, Sullivan &
Co. Wanda Wilson and Marci Phillips, Houston-based PM Realty Group team, represented
the building owner, Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors, in the lease negotiations.
In a press release, Hanks said Tuttle Sullivan chose Greenbriar Place for a
better location and amenities. He added Greenbriar Place had a workable space
plan that was virtually move-in ready, allowing the tenant to get a good value
on the lease.
Greenbriar Place is a five-story, 147,402-sf office building that is 68% leased.
The asking rate is $15 per sf. Koll Bren Schreiber has a portfolio of 3.5 million
sf in the Houston area.
