14,607 Square Foot Lease Signed at KBS Property in Arlington, TX

Arlington, TX, July 7, 2003: A 14,607 square foot lease with civil engineering firm, Schrickel Rollins & Associates, Inc., was signed on June 23, at Brookside Office Building, a three-story suburban office property in in Arlington, TX. The 43,800 sq. ft. property is owned by KBS Realty Advisors on behalf of a separate account investor.

Schrickel, Rollins is utilizing their space as a corporate headquarters location. The property is located in close proximity to The Ballpark at Arlington, home of the Texas Rangers and Six Flags amusement park. KBS Realty Advisors was represented by Walter Foster, Senior Vice President of KBS Realty, along with, Fletcher Cordell of Transwestern Commercial Services.
