10,247 Square Foot Lease Signed at KBS-owned Gateway Tower in Dallas, TX
Dallas, TX, July 7, 2003: A 10,247 square foot lease with health services
company, Humana Health Plan of Texas, was signed on June 30, at Gateway Tower,
a 15-story office tower in Dallas, TX. The 266,412 sq. ft. property is
owned by KBS Realty Advisors on behalf of Koll Bren Fund V. The property
recently underwent a $5 million renovation which included the new state-of-the-art
Gateway Fitness Center, Gateway Cafe and a new Fountain Courtyard.
KBS Realty Advisors was represented by Walter Foster, Senior Vice President
