Piedmont Center Attracts New Mortgage Tenants

Atlanta, GA -- July 7, 2005: KBS Realty Advisors (www.kbsrealty.com) announced recently it had signed two new leases totaling 50,343 sq. ft. at Piedmont Center 5-8, a 503,725 sq. ft. office property located in Atlanta's prestigious Buckhead submarket. The two transactions included a 21,330 sq. ft. new lease to Amerisave Mortgage on May 24, and a 29,013 sq. ft. new lease to Lenox Financial Mortgage on June 23.
