$5.7 Million Lease Signed at Crossways I in Chesapeake, Virginia
Chesapeake, VA, July 21, 2003: A 40,000 square foot lease with health care
provider, Sentara Healthcare (www.sentara.com) was signed on July 17, 2003 at
Crossways I, a 137,007 SF single-story suburban office building in Chesapeake,
VA. KBS Realty Advisors (www.kbsrealty.com) serves as investment advisor for
the property on behalf of a long-standing separate account investor.
According to KBS Senior Vice President, Peter Potrykus, the Sentara lease was
signed for a term of 10 years. The company plans to utilize the property for
a nursing school and training center. Other tenants in the building are the
Coast Guard Finance Center and the Coast Guard Security Center.
