National Closing Solutions Leases 14,364 Square Feet in 12808 West Airport, Sugar Land

Sugar Land, TX, July 30, 2003: National Closing Solutions, an Auburn, California-based, nationwide firm providing products and services to the mortgage industry, has leased 14,364 square feet in 12808 West Airport, Sugar Land, to move its Houston offices. The firm is relocating from 1 Sugar Creek Center Boulevard.

National Closing Solutions is a full-service real estate settlement services, vendor management and post-close servicing company providing title insurance, escrow services and ancillary products to the first mortgage, refinance and equity mortgage industry.

Steve Burkett of The Staubach Company, Houston, represented National Closing Solutions in lease negotiations. Wanda Wilson and Marci Phillips of PM Realty Group, Houston, represented the landlord, KBS Realty Advisors Houston Portfolio.

12808 West Airport is a three-story, 150,578-square-foot office building on West Airport at Industrial Boulevard in Sugar Land.
