McGlinchey Stafford Expands to 33,888 Square Feet at One American Place, Baton Rouge

Baton Rouge, LA, August 5, 2003: McGlinchey Stafford, (www.mcglinchey.com) one of the largest law firms in the Gulf South region has signed a 10-year lease renewal at One American Place, a 24 story, 336,128 square foot office tower in downtown Baton Rouge, LA. The firm previously occupied 26,135 square feet of space at One American, and with their renewal is expanding their space to occupy 33,888 square feet.

One American Place is owned by investment management firm, KBS Realty Advisors (www.kbsrealty.com) on behalf of a separate account investor.
