KBS Realty Advisors Adds Two New Investment Analysts

Ryan McManigal and Doug Mack will help support the growing KBS portfolio

Newport Beach, Calif. - August 5, 2010: KBS Realty Advisors, one of the country’s largest real estate buyers and investment advisors, has added two new investment analysts to its Asset Management Group in Newport Beach, Calif., to support the company’s growing portfolio of commercial office and industrial properties.

Ryan McManigal joined KBS as an investment analyst and will service properties in California, Arizona, Utah, Oregon and Washington, as well as parts of Texas. The Irvine, Calif., resident comes to KBS from the Newport Real Estate Business Advisory Services Group of Price WaterhouseCoopers, where he was an associate. He was previously a financial analyst at Citigroup in London.

Doug Mack, a resident of Corona del Mar, Calif., will provide analytical support as an investment analyst for KBS properties in Austin and San Antonio, Texas; Dallas; Chicago and St. Louis. He joins KBS after almost three years with the Financial Consulting Group of CB Richard Ellis in Newport Beach, where he helped execute the financial underwriting of more than 50 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and residential real estate.

Both McManigal and Mack earned their bachelor’s degrees from the USC Marshall School of Business in Los Angeles.
