Pediatrix Expands at 2810 Parham Road in Richmond, VA

Richmond, VA, August 13, 2003: Pediatrix Medical Group, PC (www.pediatrix.com), the nation’s largest provider of neonatal and maternal-fetal medicine services has recently renewed their lease and expanded their space at 2810 Parham Road, a 143,192 SF office building owned by KBS Realty Advisors (www.kbsrealty.com). The property is located in Richmond, VA.

According to KBS Senior Vice President, Peter Potrykus, the deal moves Pediatrix from 7,797 SF into a larger suite totaling 10,939 SF. The new lease is for a term of five years and is valued at $914,707. With this transaction, the property is now 91.69% leased.
