Two Tenants Re-Up 46,918 SF at Escalade in Austin
Austin, TX, August 16, 2003: Two tenants recently signed leases totaling
46,918 SF at The Escalade, a 115,039 SF suburban office building in the Southwest
submarket of Austin, TX. The property is owned by KBS Realty Advisors (www.kbsrealty.com).
According to KBS Senior Vice President, Rodney, Richerson, on July 18, Cygnal
Integrated Products (www.cygnal.com) chose to renew 12,879 sq. ft. of space
as well as expand their space by 14,400 sq. ft. Cygnal is a designer and manufacturer
of miniature in-system programmable, mixed-signal System-on-Chip products. Their
products are used in Flash memory cards as well as a range of communications
products, industrial equipment and consumer products. Cygnal has chosen The
Escalade as their worldwide corporate sales office.
Also renewing space at The Escalade is HyPerformix, Inc., (www.hyperformix.com)
a worldwide leader in predictive enterprise application performance software.
HyPerformix renewed 20,626 sq. ft. of space for five years at The Escalade,
which serves as the companys world headquarter location.
