Haldor Topsoe Leases 36,443 Square Feet in Camino Center I

Clear Lake, TX, August 18, 2003: Haldor Topsoe, a Lyngby, Denmark-based, global oil and gas processing technology firm, has leased 36, 443 square feet in Camino Center I, 17629 El Camino Real, Clear Lake, for its North American group headquarters. The firm originally moved into Camino Center I in the early 1980s and is renewing its lease. “In a challenging market such as Clear Lake, we are happy to retain a tenant of this size and quality,” said Sam DePoy, Senoir Vice President, KBS Realty Advisors.
