TeleVox Takes 28,519 SF at Montlimar

Mobile, AL -- August 26, 2004: On August 16, 2004 a new lease for 28,519 sq. ft. was signed with healthcare technology provider, TeleVox, at Montlimar Place, a 174,332 SF office property in Mobile, Alabama. The property is owned and operated by investment advisory firm, KBS Realty Advisors (www.kbsrealty.com).
