KBS Realty Advisors Secures Lease Totaling 51,000 Square Feet at Woodbridge Corporate Plaza in Iselin, New Jersey

Iselin, New Jersey – September 10, 2007: KBS Realty Advisors has secured a lease totaling 51,000 square feet of space at Woodbridge Corporate Plaza, a 623,000-square-foot office park located at 485 Route 1 S in the North Edison/ Woodbridge submarket of Iselin, New Jersey. KBS has leased the space to MetLife, which is extending its current lease at the property.

“MetLife has been an excellent tenant for over 10 years and we are excited that they have decided to renew their lease with us,” said Charlie Valentino, senior vice president for KBS Realty Advisors. “Woodbridge’s superb combination of onsite and nearby amenities, unbeatable location and interior space options for tenants makes it a sought-after location. This project is currently 90 percent leased.”
