Windermere Extends 20,750 SF Lease at Reston Office Park

Reston, VA -- September 15, 2004: On August 30, 2004, a lease extension amendment on 20,750 square feet of space was signed with Windermere HDS, LLC for an additional seven years at Reston Office Park in Reston, VA. Owned and operated by investment advisory firm, KBS Realty Advisors (www.kbsrealty.com), the property consists of four 20,750 sq. ft. buildings for a total square footage of 83,000 sq. ft. Windermere currently occupies 25% of the Park.
