Industrial Rehab Renews 10,000 SF at 818 Oak Creek

Lombard, IL, September 18, 2003: Industrial Rehab, a rehabilitation clinic that helps injured employees return to work  has signed a 10,000 square foot renewal at 818 Oak Creek, located in the Oak Creek Business Park in Lombard, Illinois. The Oak Creek property is owned by KBS Realty Advisors and is currently 86 % occupied. Lease negotiations were handled by John Coleman of The Alter Group.
