Koll Bren Schreiber Sells Vreeland Road Properties

Florham Park, NJ, September 20, 2002: Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors (KBS), recently announced the sale of 30A and 30B Vreeland Road, two of six office buildings in Koll Corporate Center in Florham Park, NJ. The two buildings totaled 75,968 SF and 75,562 SF respectively. The buildings were sold on September 13 to Kushner Companies for a gross sales price of $18.4 million.
