Hyatt Legal Plans Extends Lease at Eaton Center
Cleveland, OH
-- September 27, 2004: On August 31, 2004, a lease extension amendment on 23,787
square feet of space was signed with Hyatt Legal Plans for an additional six
and a half years at Eaton Center, a 616,381 sq. ft. premier office tower in
the Cleveland CBD. The property is owned and operated by investment advisory
firm, KBS Realty Advisors (www.kbsrealty.com).
Hyatt Legal Plans (www.hyattlegal.com), a wholly owned subsidiary of MetLife,
helps employers increase the value of their benefits plans by providing employees
with convenient access to legal services they may not be able to afford on their
own. Hyatt Legal Plans has been administering group legal plans since 1990,
and is a leading provider of this benefit, serving nearly one million employees
