Richloom Fabrics Signs 29,000 SF Lease at 261 Fifth Avenue

New York, NY, October 2, 2003: Richloom Fabrics Group, Inc., a manufacturer of home furnishings fabrics and home products has recently signed a 29,897 sq. ft. lease at 261 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan's midtown south submarket. The 430,000 sq. ft. office property is owned and operated by institutional investment advisor, KBS Realty Advisors (www.kbsrealty.com).

According to KBS Senior Vice President, Charlie Valentino, Richloom will utilize their new space at 261 Fifth Avenue as their headquarter location and showroom. The lease was signed on September 30, 2003 for a term of eight years. KBS was represented in the transaction by Matthew Astrachan and Robert Gallucci with Cushman & Wakefield.
