I. Kruger Secures 19,775 SF at Harrison Park in Cary, North Carolina

Cary, NC, October 6, 2003: I Kruger, Inc., a subsidiary of US Filter, has recently renewed 17,476 sq. ft. of space and expanded their space by an additional 2,299 sq. ft. at One Harrison Park, a three-story Class A office property located in Cary, North Carolina. The property is owned and operated by institutional investment advisor, KBS Realty Advisors (www.kbsrealty.com).

I. Kruger, Inc. (www.usfilter.com) which operates under the name of US Filter Kruger Products is a supplier of water and wastewater treatment technology. The company utilizes One Harrison Park as their headquarter office.

According to KBS Senior Vice President, Peter Potrykus, the 19,775 sq. ft. lease was signed on September 26, 2003, for a term of 96 months. KBS Realty Advisors was represented by Ed Pulliam of CB Richard Ellis. I Kruger was represented by Curtis Dean of Advantis.
