Koll Bren Schreiber Sells Guarantee Financial Center

Fresno, CA, October 7, 2002: Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors (KBS), recently announced the sale of Guarantee Financial Center, a 152,794 square foot office asset located in Fresno, CA in the Shaw Corridor office submarket. The 15-building center was sold on October 3, 2002 to a private investor for a gross sales price of $11.25 million.
