Investment Banker Expands Presence to 15,555 SF at Eaton Center
Cleveland, OH, October 15, 2003: Investment banking firm, Brown Gibbons
Lang & Company (BGL) has signed a 15,555 SF lease at Eaton Center, a 616,381
SF Class A office tower in downtown Cleveland, OH. Eaton Center is owned and
operated by KBS Realty Advisors (www.kbsrealty.com), and is the headquarter
location for Eaton Corporation, a Fortune 500 firm. The property is currently
90% occupied.

The BGL lease was signed on September 24 and included a renewal of 10,803 SF
and an expansion of 4,752 SF at the 28-story office tower. KBS Realty Advisors
was represented in the transaction by Doug Leary of CB Richard Ellis. BGL was
represented by Chris Livingston of The Staubach Co.
