TCG Dallas Signs 13,358 SF Lease at Carillon Towers

Dallas, TX, October 17, 2003: TCG Dallas, a telecommunications services provider and wholly-owned subsidiary of AT&T Corp., has recently renewed a 13,358 sq. ft. lease at Carillon Towers, a 261,275 sq. ft. office property owned and operated by KBS Realty Advisors. TCG has been a longstanding tenant at the property since 1992.

According to KBS Senior Vice President, Walter Foster, the 10 year lease was signed on September 26, 2003, for a term of 120 months. KBS Realty Advisors was represented by Matt Didyk of Transwestern commercial Services. TCG was represented by Karlos McGhee, Global Real Estate Manager of AT&T Corp.

Located in the North Dallas submarket, Carillon Towers has recently undergone a full scale renovation to all of the property's common areas and outdoor fountain plaza as well as the addition of a $380,000 fitness center and a new conference center.
