Consulting Group Signs 9,902 SF Lease at Office Alpha in North Dallas

Dallas, TX, October 27, 2003: Enterprise Resource Group, Inc. and Ascendix Technologies, Inc. have teamed up to expand their presence to 9,902 sq. ft. at Office Alpha a 101,977 SF mid-rise office property in Dallas, TX. The property is owned and operated by investment advisory firm, KBS Realty Advisors.

Based in Washington, D.C., Enterprise Resource Group (ERG) is a leading management consulting firm helping organizations to improve their strategy, growth, operations and results to private, public and non-profit clients in over 15 countries worldwide. Ascendix Technologies is teaming up with ERG for the Office Alpha space. Ascendix is a leading software provider offering mid-market companies a comprehensive variety of CRM related products and services that can be implemented on a turn-key basis.

According to KBS Senior Vice President, Walter Foster, the lease was signed on August 25 for a term of four years. The transaction was brokered by Matt Didyk and John Waller of Transwestern Commercial Services.
