Nation's Largest Homebuilder Expands Space at Redwood Plaza II
Fairfax, VA -- November 11, 2003: Fortune 500 Company, Pulte Homes (www.pulte.com)
has expanded their space by 14,232 sq. ft. at Redwood Plaza, a two-building
office complex in Fairfax, VA. The property is owned and operated by investment
advisory firm, KBS Realty Advisors (www.kbsrealty.com).
Based in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, Pulte Homes has operations in 44 markets
across the United States. Pulte is the nations largest, most diversified
homebuilder, and over its 52+ year history has constructed over 300,000 homes.
Pulte has their regional offices at Redwood Plaza, servicing Virginia and the
Washington, DC Metro Area. They plan to open a design center in a portion of
the expansion space. With the new lease, Pulte will occupy at total of 36,345
sq. ft. at Redwood Plaza II. Tom Cresce and Zach Wade of Trammell Crow (www.trammellcrow.com)
represented KBS on the transaction and Bruce McNair of Advantis (www.advantisgva.com)
represented the tenant.
