Cunningham Lindsey takes 13,857 SF at One Energy Center

Naperville, IL -- November 13, 2003: Cunningham Lindsey, a Toronto, Ontario-based insurance services firm has signed a new lease for 13,857 sq. ft. at One Energy Center in Naperville, IL. The 162,560 sq. ft. office property is owned and operated by investment advisory firm, KBS Realty Advisors (www.kbsrealty.com).

Founded in 1923, Cunningham Lindsey (www.cunninghamlindsay.com) is a leading independent insurance services company. The firm specializes in independent policy administration, insurance claims adjusting, appraisal and loss management services throughout Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Continental Europe, the Far East, the Middle East and Latin America.

The 60-month lease was negotiated on behalf of KBS Realty Advisors by Bill Elwood and Pete Adamo of CB Richard Ellis (www.cbre.com). One Energy Center is a three-story, Class B+ office property located in Chicago's East/West Corridor. The property is currently approximately 80% leased.
