American Mortgage Specialists Expands at Mesa Executive Park

Mesa, AZ -- November 30, 2004: On November 18, 2004, full service mortgage company, American Mortgage Specialists (www.amsaz.com) expanded their space at Mesa Executive Park by 3,569 sq. ft., making their total presence at the park 15,650 sq. ft. Mesa Executive Park is a four-building office park owned and operated by investment advisory firm, KBS Realty Advisors (www.kbsrealty.com). Combined, the properties total 80,112 sq. ft. and are now 98% occupied.
