Manhard Consulting  Expands by 10,161 SF at Oak Creek Business Park in Lombard

Lombard, IL -- December 8, 2003: Manhard Consulting, Ltd., (www.manhard.com), a leading civil engineering firm, leased an additional 10,161 sq. ft. of office space at Oak Creek Center in Lombard, IL. The 13-building, 491,792 sq. ft. office complex is owned and operated by investment advisory firm KBS Realty Advisors (www.kbsrealty.com)   KBS acquired the property in November 1999. 

Manhard Consulting, founded in 1972, today provides a wide range of services, including civil/sanitary engineering, surveying, environmental services, water resources engineering, support services, construction services, landscape architecture and land planning. Manhard now occupies a total 22,981 sq. ft. at Oak Creek Center.  

The lease transaction was negotiated by John Coleman and Jeff Ludwig of The Alter Group (www.altergroup.com) leasing and management agents for the park on behalf of KBS. Kevin Veon of GVA Williams. (www.gvawilliams.com), represented the tenant.
