KBS Realty Advisors Sells Louisiana Tower

Shreveport, LA, December 16, 2002: KBS Realty Advisors recently announced the sale of Louisiana Tower, a 343,362 square foot office asset located in Shreveport, Louisiana. The 21-story property is one of two Class AA buildings in the Shreveport CBD and commands a highly visible presence. The property was purchased by BGK Properties III, LLC., on December 3, 2002.
