Consulting Firm Leases 10,120 SF at Mountain Bay Plaza

Mountain View, CA -- December 17, 2003: A 10,120 sq. ft. lease was signed on December 2 with management consulting firm, Pittiglio, Rabin, Todd and McGrath (PRTM) for a full floor at Mountain Bay Plaza in Mountain View, CA. The 165,390 sq. ft., 12-story property was recently purchased by real estate investment advisor, KBS Realty Advisors (www.kbsrealty.com). The property is the tallest building in downtown Mountain View with commanding 360-degree views. The new lease will bring the building occupancy to over 90%.
